What’s that you say? Steady cold rain, single digit temps and snow will be occurring on distribution days? Creative problem solving with canopies, tarps and rotating into the warm building helped our distribution continue each week. Our hungry participants were there as always, greeted with a warm smile and sustaining food and produce.

A snapshot of hunger in America during the pandemic. Food banks are struggling to keep up and other nonprofits like Feed Northland Kids, are creating new programs to fill the gap.
Feed Northland Kids is thrilled to be a recipient of a 2020 grant from the 15th and the Mahomies Foundation . This book of amazing photo’s with a foreward by Patrick Mahomes is currently on sale online and at Hy-Vee. A portion of the sale of this book will go to the 2020 grant recipients.
