“Love and care are our identity”
The above is a quote from a man who lived a life of hunger and found meaning in feeding the hungry around him. A very inspiring story which takes place in a developing country.

Highway 92 Showdown
Thanks to the Kearney and Platte County R3 school districts for their annual Highway 92 Showdown charity game AND for selecting Feed Northland Kids to be the recipient of the fundraising efforts. A flurry of selling specialty tshirts resulted in a donation of $2,611.50. We’re super pleased to be a part of an effort to raise awareness and funding to help feed students in their districts!
7th Annual Bill Cross 5K
Walk/Run for BackSnacks
Our annual 5K has become a wonderful family event. Lots of two and three generations groups, a few sweet parents who let the pre-schoolers out of the stroller to “cross the finish line”, high fives, and “we made it” expressions. Notice the joint effort and friendship of our northland presiding commissioners, always a good sign! One of our favorites is the last picture, a recent open heart surgery patient, crossing the finish line one month to the day of his surgery! Together we can raise funds to support our efforts to feed our kids, here in the Northland. Additional pictures will be posted soon, on both our facebook page and a run results website.
