Did you know National Volunteer Week is April 12 – 18?
Like many nonprofits, Feed Northland Kids could not achieve our mission to ensure our kids are fed without our donors dollars and time. A HUGE “thank you” from us and the nearly 3,000 kids who receive food each school weekend, because of YOU!! Here is your paycheck, a beautiful smile from a happy child, anticipating her food for the weekend.
What is your “Moral Bucket List”?
A recent article in the NY Times explored this concept. As a supporter of a nonprofit dedicated to feeding kids, you are all building a better community, which would be considered a moral act. Can you imagine how different this world would be if we all made a conscious effort to create our own moral bucket list? Check out the article on our facebook page.
