NorthPoint Logistics Steps Up

NorthPoint Logistics team brought in a group of volunteers for our Friday Community Food Kit packing event at Winnetonka High School.  They, along with a student group, packed over 700 bags of food for families in the North Kansas City School District.  Volunteer Kevin Foote had this to share about the team's experience.  "I thought the volunteer event was such a rewarding experience for our company as well personally. The quote mentioned during our experience “a hungry child comes from a hungry family” has resonated with me since we left, and I am glad that we were able to contribute to a service that provided food for over 300 families in our community. This experience was fulfilling in numerous ways, and I am optimistic our company will be back to support such a great organization in a great community"

Feed Northland Kids relies on hundreds of volunteers to accomplish our mission of feeding hungry children in Clay and Platte Counties.  Together, we make a difference in our community.  Volunteer Katelyn Buchanan added "Serving with Feed Northland Kids was a wonderful and fulfilling experience. Knowing that the work we did is providing nourishment to people who need it is incredibly impactful. I’m extremely impressed with the work this organization does for the people in our community."
